At Em's Cupcakes & Delicacies, we pride ourselves on using only the finest ingredients, ensuring that all our products are freshly made and free from preservatives. Our baked goods may contain eggs, flour, cocoa, sugar, milk, margarine, and butter.

If you request a buttercream color other than natural buttercream, please be aware that food coloring additives will be used. For more information on these color additives, please get in touch with us before placing your order.

While we do our best to ensure safe handling, please note that even if certain allergens, such as nuts, are not included in our products, they are still in our kitchen. As a result, we cannot guarantee that our cakes and cupcakes are free from allergens. By placing your order, you are aware of this. 

Please note that our products are not gluten-free or dairy-free.
