Terms and Conditions for Fresh Products from Em's Cupcakes & Delicacies LLC

By purchasing fresh products from Em's Cupcakes & Delicacies LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please take a moment to review them carefully, as they form a legally binding agreement between you and Em's Cupcakes & Delicacies LLC. By accessing our website or using any of our services, you acknowledge and accept these terms. 

To avoid disappointments, please notify us with as much time as possible for your order. However, we do accept short-notice orders which are subject to availability. Please keep in mind that each cupcake is made and decorated by hand, even though we strive for consistency, there may be some small variations that can occur between the color and design that is requested. 

 Please be aware of the following important information: 

•   As a cottage food bakery in New Jersey we can only sell to New Jersey residents. 

• We are unable to personalize cupcakes with messages for specific occasions.   

• The final price of your order may vary depending on any add-ons you choose. 

• At the moment our cupcakes are available for pickup only.

• A 50% non-refundable deposit (total value of the cupcakes and full delivery) is required to secure your order and the chosen date with Em's Cupcakes & Delicacies LLC.   

•  We understand that unforeseen events occur! In the event you need to change, cancel, or request a refund on an order, please contact us. Please note, cancellation and refund may differ and you may not be entitled to a refund.  

• For an order to be considered confirmed, full payment must be made when purchasing. In addition, we will send you a confirmation email, and if needed, we may contact you at the number you provided at the time of placing the order. 

• Em's Cupcakes & Delicacies LLC reserves the right to cancel orders due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control, such as illness or an emergency. In this case, a full refund of the money paid will be made as soon as possible.

•  Please note that all refunds are subject to Em's Cupcakes & Delicacies LLC final decision, depending on the individual case scenario. 

•  We accept the following payment methods: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Credit Card.
